Yourlab provides pathology and diagnostic testing services with home sample collection. Test bookings are made through WhatsApp, phone or our website contact options. All bookings are subject to confirmation by our team.
2. Bookings & Appointments
- A booking is confirmed only after our team responds and confirms your slot on WhatsApp or phone.
- Please provide accurate contact details and address for home collection.
- Certain tests require fasting or special preparation — our team will inform you at the time of confirmation. Failure to follow preparation guidelines may affect results.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices displayed on the website are current at the time of publication and may be revised without prior notice.
- The final payable amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Payment is collected at the time of sample collection or as communicated by our team.
4. Reports
- Reports are normally delivered digitally within the stated turnaround time; occasional delays may occur due to technical or logistical reasons.
- Reports are meant to assist your doctor and are not a substitute for medical consultation.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by informing us on WhatsApp or phone before the phlebotomist is dispatched. If payment has been made for a test that could not be performed, an appropriate refund will be processed after review.

7. Limitation of Liability
While we follow stringent quality processes, diagnostic results must always be interpreted by a qualified medical practitioner. Yourlab shall not be liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of website content or reports without medical consultation.
